For "The Creative Director's Pledge"
I pledge allegiance to The Client.
I pledge to follow the Big Idea, wherever it may lead.
I pledge to never refer to myself as a guru, ninja, wizard, rockstar, et al.
I pledge to keep one eye focused on the details, and the other on the big picture
(it looks silly, but trust me, it works).
I pledge to get tastefully intoxicated at the team Christmas party.
Most of all, I pledge to deliver fresh, engaging creative that inspires, motivates and engages.
Let's talk (then take over the world).
We call this,
